We usually ship through DELHIVERY to most of our orders currently. For areas unserviceable through DELHIVERY we ship through INDIA POST.
Yes. We do ship internationally with additional shipping charges in accordance with the overall weight of the package. We ship internationally through DHL or FedEx or DTDC or Aramax Courier services.
It takes 7 working days for your package to get delivered to you if the order is placed within the limits of INDIA. For International shipments, it takes 10-15 working days for delivery.
If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you. However if it is only a physical damage like a dent or a scratch, we will not be able to process a refund or return. All order cancellation requests will receive the refunds via wallet ONLY.
We are having an option called track your order on the website where you can track your order by giving the order id (ex:TTC12345) to get the tracking details.
If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you. You can mail us the product in its original packaging with all tags intact, send us the receipt of shipment and we will refund you the amount for courier to your Bank account if any shared with or to your account wallet.
